Strict adherence to Department of Defence and Doric Safety and Confidential procedures.

Protection of unique indigenous flora and fauna.

Asbestos procedures and monitoring.

All buildings remained occupied and in use for each phase of works.

Plant lead times and deliveries structured to meet the Schedule of Works to each building.

Close coordination and collaboration with other service trades and incumbent DOD maintenance contractors.

Compliance with all handover and finalisation procedures and documentation (CHOTO).
