Delivery, Challenges & Client Benefits

The biggest challenge that we overcame was the setting out of the level 3 Plant Room which had a huge amount of plant that consisted of 2 Chillers, 2 Boilers, 6 AHU’s and dozens of fans (exhaust and supply air), chilled and heating water storage tanks and pumps. None the less, the project was completed on time and within budget and was opened in November 2019.
